Interview Panel : Panel 6

Venue : Andhra Bank, Hyderabad

The Certificate verification was completed by 12 morning and my turn for the interview came at afternoon.

There are 4 members in the panel .
I wished them after entering . and they asked me to sit . They are friendly. Their first question was "which stream u belongs to ?" .. I politely answered them that I belong to mechanical background ..

So they asked what u know about banking .. and I replied with how banks works and what they do ..

Then they asked about how rupees value getting depreciated, i answered , there are various factors such as increasing current account deficit imports and exports .. and there influence growing dollar sentiment in the international market poor brand image for Indian exports delay in decision making of govt . etc

Their next question was .. What are the measures to control depreciation . I replied increasing fdi (foriegn direct investment) limits setting up national investment board increase tax on imports

Then next few questions about Repo rate and Reverse Repo rate ..
and I answered ..

Then they asked about my parents and what they do and what is irrigation project in my district . I belong to Karimnagar.
What types of crops in ur region they grow commonly ,
i replied cotton maize and rice .

Their next question was about current affairs. What u know abt augusta westland scandal ... I replied it was helicopter deal with augusta westland company . They bribed few indian ministers to get contract.

and they asked a few other simple questions ..

The over all interview was good .. they wished me luck .. while leaving ..

My Suggestion to Aspirants : Take IBPS PO Application with you. Photo copy of id card .. many people didn't brought .. and if you belong to reservation category .. take IBPS Precribed format Caste Certificate which can be downloaded from ibps.in website.. All the Best :)
