SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant invites online applications from energetic, result oriented and promising talent for the following posts for its existing & modernisation units.

Applications are invited for the following posts.

Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee: 124 Posts Qualification: Matriculation and Govt. or PSU sponsored, ITI passed candidates having undergone at least one year training in an integrated steel plant. Age Limit (As on 01/01/2014): 28 years EMOLUMENTS AND OTHER BENEFITS Candidates selected as Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee will be paid consolidated Pay of Rs. 8600/-pm during 1st year of training and Rs. 10000/-pm during the 2nd year of training. During the period of 2 year training Trainees will also get Medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children. Leave etc will be as per the Rules of the Company. The emoluments for the above mentioned post of Attendant-cum-Technician on confirmation in S-1 grade after successful completion of 2 years of training will include Basic pay (in the scales of pay revised for non – executives w.e.f.1/1/2012), Industrial Dearness allowance [AICPI- 198, base 2001 = 100], reimbursement of Local Travelling Expenses and other facilities such as medical facility for self and dependant family members, contributory Provident fund, Gratuity (as per ceiling prescribed under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972), LTC etc as admissible as per rules of the company. In addition House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available. Application & Processing Fee: Rs.150/- for General/ OBC candidates and Rs.50/- for Locally Displaced Person. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application and processing fees.
