Indian Air Force (IAF) has invited application for the recruitment for various multitasking staff including cook, lower division clerk (LDC), Telephone Operator, Dhobi, Safaiwala, Driver, Mess Staff.
Important Dates:
Last Date for Submitting Application: 30-04-2015
Written Examination Date: 28-06-2015
Age Limit: The age limit for Unreserved Category candidates is from 18 to 25 years as on 30 Apr 2015.
Educational Qualifications:
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
1) 12th Pass or equivalent.
2) Must possess a speed of 35 w.p.m in English typing or 30 w.p.m in Hindi typing on computer (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word).
MTD:
1) Matric pass or equivalent.
2) Must be holding a valid Civil Driving License for light and heavy vehicle.
3) Must possess professional skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism. 4) Minimum two years experience in driving motor vehicles.
Telephone Operator:
1) Matric pass or equivalent.
2) Proficiency in Handling of PBX (Private Battery Exchange) from recognized Institution of Central Government.
Cook: Matric pass or equivalent with six months experience in trade.
MTS: Matric pass or equivalent qualification.
Safaiwala: Matric pass or equivalent qualification.
Mess Staff: Matric pass or equivalent. Experience in the trade for six month.
Dhobi: Matric pass or equivalent and experience in the trade.
How to apply:
Application forms duly typed on A-4 size paper as per the application format given below are required to be addressed to the Air Officer Commanding/ Station Commander/ Commanding Officer of the place of vacancy at unit address given in column no 2 of the place of vacancy in the chart given above along with following documents
(a) Passport size photograph facing camera, attested by Gazetted Officer duly pasted on application form.
(b) Attested copy of date of birth certificate or Matriculation Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
(c)Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PH issued by a competent authority.
(d) True copy of Employment Exchange registration card, if any.
(e) Copy of experience certificate.
(f) Self-addressed envelope of size 23 cm X 10 cm bearing ` 25/- postage stamp.
(g) Character Certificate issued by Gazetted officer or Principal of the School/College or Village Pradhan.
(h) Application should reach to addressee on or before 30 Apr 2015.
