Hai friends, Nice to interact with all of you once again and I hope this experience will surely benefit the candidates....,

NAME : T. SUNIL KUMAR

VENUE : ANDHRA BANK, KOTI, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH

TIME : MORNING 8:30 A.M

MARKS : 120

As usual they allowed at 8:30A.M. Into in the bank. Verification started at 8:45, ANDHRA PRADESH STUDENTS BE CAREFUL YOU HAVE TO WRITE A ESSAY ON ANYTHING TO SHOW THAT YOU KNOW TELUGU.....,

So, they given us a blank white paper and asked us to write anything on it but only in TELUGU LANGUAGE...,

I have no idea about it so I thought why don't I WRITE ABOUT MY STRUGGLE FOR BANK EXAMS.

So i captioned it as MY STRUGGLE WITH IBPS.(be careful what u write because it goes to the interview panel, they will surely asks about it & i was not aware of that)

MY turn came at 1:05 P.M.

The PANEL CONTAINS 4 members, where (M3)1 lady & 3 males....,

Me: Entered into the room by asking permission.

M1, M2,M4: Please come in...,

They didn't asked to sit so i greeted them & waited for there response.

M2: Why are u still standing take your seat.

Me: Had my sit & said thank you.

M2: so, sunil you are from kurnool, just say how many people are there in your family what are they doing.

ME: REPLIED POLITY.

M2: 2012 passed out what were you doing?

ME: sir, i was placed in an company & resigned the job sir now i'm preparing for the bank exams sir.

M3(lady): Why did you left the job?

ME: Madam, I don't have knowledge regarding it & also lack of interest madam.

M2: Do you think you have more knowledge in BANKING?

ME: Not at all sir, What i mean to say is I feel i can learn Banking easily than my subject.

M3: That's it?

ME: The salary package is 12,000 per month but after joining they said during training period 10,000 only & i thought they will say another amount after joining, so left the job without any hesitation.

M3: You think 10,000 during training is less? so what is your expected salary.

ME: While trying to reply, M1 interrupted and shown the PAPER WHICH WE HAD GIVEN TO WRITE A ESSAY IN OUR MOTHER LANGUAGE.

M2: you cleared IBPS PO 3, what is your score?

Me: 84 sir.

M2: Are you kidding, you will surely get PO JOB. THEN WHY CLERK?

Me: Sir, The results are bit late & my family is bit nervous so i just came here keeping clerk job as an my BACKUP PLAN if something goes
wrong.

M1: So, it's your backup plan, but do you know you are blocking a seat for one aspirant who just cleared the clerk exam.

Me: Sir, it's a huge competition ONLY THE BEST WILL SURVIVE. And IBPS will call for 2nd allotment but it will take sometime.

M4: Mr. Sunil I interviewed 250 students of PO3 & now I'm hearing 84 which is the highest marks & I never get any one with that much of
score.

M2: shake handed & said CONGRATULATION & YOU CAN LEAVE.

Me: I was shocked waiting for 4 hours i get this? (was my face expression)

M3: You have good opportunity to be selected for PO3 & NOW YOU HAVE ALSO SELECTED FOR IBPS CLERK ALSO.

Me: Go home & sleep tight.

M2: What are you preferences??

Me: 1. Andhrabank, 2. syndicate bank, 3. canara bank.

M2: How did you preferred these banks?

Me: Sir Andhra bank has more branches in ANDHRA PRADESH so i will be
placed in home state.

M2: What is the head quaters of SYNDICATE BANK?

Me: I was bit confused for BANG-LORE & MANIPAL.

M4: Helped yes both are correct but head quaters is in ---------(i
forgot it again)

Me: Thank you sir.

M2: So, HOW COME SYNDICATE BANK AS YOU PREFERENCE?

Me: Sir, it is more concentrated in our RAYALASEEMA REGION, so i opted
for it sir.

M2: Son they have empty post more in KERALA & KARNATAKA SO PACK UP
YOUR LANGUAGE & BE PREPARED TO MOVE ON.....,(he was from syndicate
bank)

Me: Thank you for your encouragement sir.

M2: HE AGAIN EXTENDED HIS HAND TO SHAKE.

Me: Taken

AT LAST all the members congratulated me. and i walked out of the door quietly...........,

FOR AP PEOPLE : ABOVE INTERVIEW WAS TOTALY HAPPENED IN OUR MOTHER TONGUE TELUGU FOR EASE OF UNDERSTANDING TO OTHER ASPIRANTS I USED ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

FOR PO3 ASPIRANTS GOOD NEWS: CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO HAD GOT
+80 IN IBPS PO3 AS OF THERE WORD'S WE ARE ALREADY SELECTED. IT'S YOUR CHOICE TO GO TO INTERVIEW.

I SUGGEST IT WILL BE A SAFE GAME IF YOU ATTEND. DON'T THINK OF OTHER'S LET YOU BE SELECTED THEN OTHER'S WILL GET ACCORDING TO THEIR HARD WORK.
