Scientist SB (Non-destructive): 01 Post Qualification: Masters degree in Physics (Pure/ Applied) or degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Electrical Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent. Age: 35 years Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.43,470/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. Technical Officer Forestry Grade II: 05 Posts Qualification: Masters degree in Statistics or Operations Research or Forestry or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Agriculture (with Statistics) or two years Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry Management from a recognised Institute/ University. Age: 30 years Pay Scale: Rs.9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.28,773/-Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible, General Central Service, Group 'B', Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. Senior Assistant Controller of Mines: 02 Posts Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent. Age: 40 years Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.45,954/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. Deputy Director (Non-Technical): 01 Post Qualification: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. Age: 45 years Pay Scale: Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs.45,954/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. Assistant Professor in English (Chandigarh Administration): 01 Post Qualifications: i). Good Academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the Masters level in English from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a Foreign University. (Equivalency: MA (English) may be considered equivalent qualification). ii). Postgraduate Diploma in teaching of English/ English studies awarded by Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL) Hyderabad or equivalent. (Equivalency: B.Ed. (English) may be considered equivalent qualification). iii). Candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professors conducted by the University Grants Commission/ Council for Scientific and Industrial Research or similar Test accredited by the University Grants Commission ("Good Academic Record" means at least second class with fifty percent marks in Graduation Degree).
