Catholic Syrian Bank Probationary Assistant Managers Exam Pattern andSyllabus

The Catholic Syrian Bank is conducting an Online Exam on 5th January 2014 for the Recruitment of 300 Probationary Assistant Managers. This online exam consists 175 questions and is of 200 marks. You can attempt any question from 1 to 175 at any point of time within these 120 minutes. The time for the test is 120 minutes (2 hours), but in the information handout the Catholic Syrian Bank clearly mentioned that you have to be at the venue for approximately 180 minutes including the time required for logging in, collection of the call letters, going through the instructions etc. The exam consists of 3 tests, the detailed pattern of the exam is,

1. Test of English Language
2. Test of Quantitative Aptitude
3. Test of Reasoning

Unlike Banking and other Competitive Exams, there are no General Awareness and Computer Knowledge sections in this exam.

They syllabus for these three sections will be similar to the normal bank PO exams. But the difficulty level will be low.

Test of Quantitative Aptitude : In the notification they clearly mentioned that the main intention of this test is to find out how fast and accurate you are in dealing with numbers. So focus more on simplification and Data Interpretation.
