Now i am telling my struggle to get success i passed my MCA in 2010 with great hope main noida gya job pane k liye but after so struggle in IT field i was unable to get good job in IT field.main wapas agra lout aaya and start prep for govt jobs..in feb 2011.ek k baad ek kai exm diye but har ek exam m fail hota gya par hope nhi chhodi. continously hard work karta raha.dheere dheere math,reasioning,english sab par command hoti gyi..finally wo din aaya jab maine pahle ibps clerk1 ka exam qualify kiya with 169 marks..par
itne marks lane par bhi interview call nahi ayi phir to main hope khone lga ki mera kuch nahi ho sakta but dosto ne family ne kaha lage hard work kabhi bekar nahi jata.. then maine phir naye josh se prep ki or ibps PO2 ka exam diya or qualify kiya. and sayad is bar god mere sath tha maine interview qualify kiya then selected in indian overseas bnk after struggle of 2 year and so many previous failure. dosto bas ek baat kahna chahta hn "lage raho lage raho jab tak selection na ho"

i am kiran kumar pattanaik.from odisha. i have completed mba in 2010.i have prepared from last two year for banking .cat general allotted united bank of india.before selection i got selected in ibps clerk1 ibps 144 and failed in ibps po 1 by one mark in descriptive..i will give advice to candidate that never ever loose hope.because .i am going tel my story. i have complted my 10th with 36% and 12th with 41% and my bcom pass with 47%.this is very less marks.i got less score for two resons.my father is a honest forest officer. he had to work in rural area. i studied in govt rural school in that school i am only general candidate rest off all are tribals.only one teacher for that school . my father is very honest officer bcoz of that corept officer transfored him frequently. Between my 10th class i changed 12 schools.this is one reson.and another due to my neglect.but after compltion of my mba .i didnot get any job bcoz of low score no one selected me.then i decide to go for banking. Everybody critised me you willnot select. but i never loose hopes i tried hard and i got selected as a po in ubi.always think possitive you can do it men .try hard you will definatly selected.my best wishes to all candidates.

SSC CGL Exam 2013 Postponed from 14.04.2013 to 28.04.2013

SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2013 scheduled to held on 14th April 2013 is postponed to 28th April 2013. As 14th April, 2013 has been declared as closed holiday on account of the Birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the examination scheduled on 14.04.2013 has been postponed and will now be held on 28.04.2013. Revised Admission Certificates may be downloaded from the website of the concerned Regional Offices of Staff Selection Commission on or after 21st April,2013.

My total attempts for PO Exam in Past : Zero


Before passing the PO exam I have failed in so many exams of bank even it was

clerk exams and specialist exams,and also failed in

Clerical Exam of State Government.

Because I was so weak in My maths.

I planed to do Maths not by topic wise but I made up my mind to solve the previous

paper specially maths...

I have solved More than 40 previous paper of POs and got some ideas of questions

and planned for that.

And Passed last IBPS clerk and POs Exam.

Eventhough I have selected in Indian Overseas Bank, I am still preparing for the

upcoming exams because It will be very helpful.

My family's economic situation is not so good but my mother and father have

supported me so so so so so much..


So whatever I am only becoz of My Parents and Gods..

Also Bankpoclerk.com and Admin have helped me so much. So I am giving My

special thanks to him.


My Suggestions to NewComers :

1 - Strong Determination is must required.

2 - SWOT analyis your self.

3 - Find your weak points and concentrate on that to improve it.

4- Solve the previous papers so you will get completely idea.

5- Time management is required so try to improve it.

6- Read Newspaper regularly and Watch T.V. News Channels daily.

7- And great suggestion is that please Love the Nature, praye the Sun regulary..
and Do not hesitate or hate the Animals.

Love your parents and Love the environment.

8- Do meditation also.

9- Believe in God.

10- Try to remain contact with some valuable person in life..


So, I have followed the above things and Now I am PO in Indian Overseas

Bank which was my First Preference.

IBPS Clerk 2012 Combined result of Written Exam & Common Interview was declared yesterday. It is a % of marks secured by you after doing some calculations. Now, everyone want to know the marks they got in interview. Also one other common question is Common Interview Total marks. These 2 questions are answered below.

Written Exam Conducted for 200 marks.

Common Interview Conducted for 100 marks.

Ratio of Written & Interview Marks = 80:20

Formula:

Step:1: (Final Marks After Interview) – (0.4 * Written Marks) = X

Step:2: Your IBPS Clerk 2012 Common Interview Marks = (X * 5)

Example:

Let me take my friend Prem Kumar Marks for example.

Written Marks = 129 out of 200

Final Marks After Interview = 65.60

Step:1: (65.60) – (0.4 * 129) = (65.60 – 51.60) = 14

Step:2: Prem Kumar Interview Marks = 14 * 5 = 70 out of 100.

This is very simple calculation. Do it yourself. This calculation is based on circular released by Govt of India. It was not confirmed by IBPS. I cant give any guaranty for the information posted in this post. In case of failed candidates, it is not possible to know interview marks. There is no way. Comment below with your interview marks.

Bank Probationary Officer Role & Responsibilities

You should know the work you going to perform before preparing for any exam. First thing i want to say about Bank Job (either Clerk or PO) is that it involves financial risk. You should be active in your duties. It is not like other Govt sector jobs. As this topic is about Bank PO, i will talk about PO duties.

Bank PO have to perform any task in bank. Bank PO Responsibilities are: Cash Management, Supervision of Clerical work, Do has to take decisions, Loan Processing and Recovery Loans.

Every bank branch will have certain cash limit. PO should ensure that the avg cash balance limit is maintained or not. You have predict the cash you require on particular day and you should act accordingly. This is called Cash management. You will know the complete details when you join in bank. You may not understand at this point of time.

PO have to verify all the work done by clerk. Maker and Checker are involved in every transaction performed in bank. In case of cash transactions, clerk is a maker and PO is the checker. PO has to check whether Clerk entered everything correctly or not and authorise the transactions. If PO is a maker, Manager is a Checker. In case of loans, usually PO is a maker and Branch Manager is a Checker. Checker is responsible for any loss.

Bank PO have to look after the Loan documentation and visit the party site whenever required. All the Loans word have to be performed by Officer Advances.

PO has to issue check books, ATM cards, DDs, BCs. PO has to Handle customer complaints. You have to be cool and calm while listening to them. Some people will shout. You have to deal them patiently and convince them.

Bank PO have to read all the circulars. If you don't, you will definitely make a mistake and have face the consequences. Bank PO joins the bank as Asst Manager after completion of probation period. There are various responsibilities for Bank PO. It will be assigned to you as per the branch requirement by the Branch Manager.

Career growth in banks is very high compare to any other Govt Job. Promotional prospects are quite higher for those who perform better. There are many more things but these things are basic things that you must know before joining in bank.
