"Due to non-availability of Online Application system for Engineering Services Examination, 2015 and Combined Medical Services Examination, 2015 on account of technical reasons between 23-00 hrs and 23-59 hrs on its closing date, i.e. on 10th April, 2015, the Commission has decided to reopen the Online Receipt of Application in respect of these two Examinations, which will be available from 11-00 hrs till 18-00 hrs on 15th April, 2015."
