For EPFO SSA Exam Skill Test 2013, you have to bring several certificates. If you have lost your fee payment receipt, download Format of Certificate for Payment of Application Fees and fill the form correctly and submit the same at skill test venue without fail. Otherwise they wont allow you. You have to bring call letter in original with photo. Bring one set of self attested copy of certificates mentioned in the following General Instructions / Information for Candidates file.
