MY total attempts before this exams approx: 23 to 25
Now i am telling my struggle to get success i passed my MCA in 2010 with great hope main noida gya job pane k liye but after so struggle in IT field i was unable to get good job in IT field.main wapas agra lout aaya and start prep for govt jobs..in feb 2011.ek k baad ek kai exm diye but har ek exam m fail hota gya par hope nhi chhodi. continously hard work karta raha.dheere dheere math,reasioning,english sab par command hoti gyi..finally wo din aaya jab maine pahle ibps clerk1 ka exam qualify kiya with 169 marks..par
itne marks lane par bhi interview call nahi ayi phir to main hope khone lga ki mera kuch nahi ho sakta but dosto ne family ne kaha lage hard work kabhi bekar nahi jata.. then maine phir naye josh se prep ki or ibps PO2 ka exam diya or qualify kiya. and sayad is bar god mere sath tha maine interview qualify kiya then selected in indian overseas bnk after struggle of 2 year and so many previous failure. dosto bas ek baat kahna chahta hn "lage raho lage raho jab tak selection na ho"
did u got ur appointment letter...do inform me..where is ur reporting venue and date...what abt d documents to be produced...

BOOK I PREFERRED : 1)- PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTION( 2 QUESTION PAPERS TO GET IDEA OF BANK XAMS) 2)- FOUR PRACTICE SET 3)- LAST 6-MONTH P.D
( it took hardly 8 days....and among these days i prepared mainly general awarness coz i was weak in this portion as i calculated myself after watching and solving two qstn sets of previous yr)
i m mentioning this jst coz...1)- i too got the same marks in CWE (156) AS Mr SUNIL GOT BUT the final score was 58.32 as i got just 42 marks in interview (but still cant bliv this and ask myself how came that....) and the second point to mantion my failure story is to shake peoples like me and even i m shaking myself also....so thet one shud not remain exist in the fool paradise as i was during my interview time (i think....perhaps i took interview very easy and casual...only so got 42 only....even my interview was good as per the situation of myself in inside interview hall....they asked to me almost 20 questions, and i answered almost all excepy two....coz i didnt knew that particular qstn's ans.....) .
REASON OF MY FAILURE : I TOOK CWE SERIOUSLY (EVEN FOR 8 DAYS ONLY BUT I WAS SERIOUS THATS WHY I WORKED ON MY WEAK PORTIONS AS ALL THE CANDIDATES DO)
BUT---I TOOK INTERVIEW CASUAL AND NOT SERIOUSLY LIKE CWE (I CONCLUDED THIS ONLY AFTER INTERVIEW RESULT)....(THAT WAS MY 1ST ATTEMPT IN BANKING SECTORS)....SO FINALLY I WUD LIKE TO SAY....DONT STOP, DONT WAIT, DONT UNDERESTIMATE CHALLANGES....EVEN WHATEVER IS UR CAPACITY....
AND ALSO CONGRATS TO ALL SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES.....!!
When will be the CWE for PO?

ReplyDeleteI have completed one year in IOB now but i feel bank job is not good any more as it was few years back now all the state and central govt. employees are having more salary than bank employees. A bank officer have so much financial liability yet his salary is not at par with any central govt. sacle I officer. Bank employees have very less govt. holidays and on many sundays also they have to go to office.
I feel that after joining banking sector my life has become miserable.
Any one who wants to join bank must prepare his mind well.
did anyone of batch 4 in IOB got ur appointment letter…do inform me..where is ur reporting venue and date…what abt d documents to be produced…
