Still there are many vacancies in banking sector for the next 3 to 4 years. So, keep practicing previous bank exam papers until you get Bank PO or Clerk. "Fight to Live"..
I have prepared IBPS PO 2012 final allotment cutoff marks. I can find the exact cutoff marks for General, but for reserved category, it is very uncertain. For ST and PH, there is not information at all. Here is the information which i got regarding IBPS PO 2012 Final Allotment Cutoff Marks.

I can only clarify the general cutoff marks. Please help me to finish this list. If any body got selected between 58.40 & 58.28 in OBC category, please let me know to finalise the OBC Cutoff marks. Also SC, ST & PH candidates share your marks, category and your selection. I will answer to your doubts in my next post which were raised in comments section.
Hi admin, My score is 58.16 OBC not selected. I calculated from urs cutt-off analysis that after 58.40...My rank is 258. So can i expeCt my selection in 2nd list.

ReplyDeleteMy score is 59.68 (GEN). There are about 5000 general cat candidates (the number includes 500-700 reserved cat getting seats in unreserved catg.) between me and the 62.16 (GEN) scoring candidate.
So Considering the below mentioned points, can I expect a call in the 2nd list:
>Backlog vacancies from PO1
>Already selected in PO1 in Feb & March
>Candidates selected in RBI
>Candidates selected in SBI & SBI Associate
>Candidates selected in SSC
>Candidates not joining due to lack of interest in a particular bank allotted to him
>New vacancies

"On receipt of feedback from the different levels, it has been decided to keep the provisional allotment made to banks for recruitment of Pos/MTs for filling up vacancies for 2013-2014 in abeyance. Revised provisional allotments will be made known shortly."

ReplyDeletesuppose there is a reserved category candidate who is satisfying the all eligibility conditions to be considered as a unreserved candidate……and he is having higher rank in his category.
CASE 1: if he will considered as general category candidate then as his general rank is lower among the unreserved candidates….hence he will get lower preference bank (i can say bad bank).
CASE 2: if he will considered as his reserved category candidate then as his reserved category rank is higher….hence he will get higher preference bank (i can say good bank).
now please clear the doubts….that student will considered as CASE 2 and get good bank or he will be punished for his hard work in written as well as in interview…and hence considered as CASE 1…and get bad bank whereas lower ranker in his category will get better than his bank(considered as higher ranker in that reserved category whereas the real higher ranker in that category is already considered as lower ranker of general category) .
and yes….if according to any guidelines of govt….case 1 will be considered for those type of guy who is performing well enough as general candidate and got bad banks….then its the worst rule created by the govt of india…which is trying to restrict the reserved candidate to perform well….bcoz he will be punished for doing well, preparing well, hard labor etc.etc.

ReplyDeleteHi, I would like to ask you 1 thing, Why this quota system? Don't SC/ST student gets books to read or don't they get elcetricity? Its unfair as Quota people are becoming rich by government jobs and open catagory people have to work for 8-10k. God has given brain to all of us. He hasn't descriminated while giving it, why politicians create a difference for their vote banks. People suffer.

It is because the people who was in high category(so called high category made by them only) did not given the low category to get developed. And now the government have to take some additional step to let them grow. To take them on same level to from where they can grow.
