    my interview was scheduled on 16-01-2013..it was a panel of 4 members...GM from syndicate bank ,canara bank and other two were not known...my interview questions were
    1.introduce urself
    2.what is social banking?
    3.what is nbfc?
    4.fdi in insurance sector?
    5.irda?
    6.rrbs?
    7.neft-rtgs?
    8.cts?
    9.relating to past work exp?
    10.questions related to graduation n subjects studied
    11.private banks and private insurance companies
    12.fiscal deficit
    13.crr,slr,rr,rrr
    14.why banking sector
    15.priority sector lending n banking?
    16.financial inclusion?
    17.defence minister?home minister?
    the panel was cool...it made me comfortable...they just see you whether u are confident handling officer job....they also asked about job profile of a bank officer..since i worked in lic, they asked many questions about lic,like min eligibility to become lic agent,wat is insurance,irda and its chairman its HQ..
    out of 4,one person asks about our personal background ,n asks questions out of it..like ur past work exp,ur highest academic scores,ur graduation subjects
    another person asks about banking and indian economy...other will asks the current affairs ....the last one will ask any general common sense questions related to bank...the interview was for 25 min...i answered most of the questions and i am satisfied with the interview..

    hey atul.. mera interview aj hua hai... it was in hindi... board members were very supportive... you can urself start in hindi... usually board consists of retired bank officials.. so they themselves may not be speaking in english much... u can start and end up your interview in hindi.. one more mistake which i made.... do do do and must do.. jis din tumhara interview hai us din ka newspaper chat ke jana.. means acchi tarah se pad ke jana... mere se unhone 3 ques pucche they interview wale din ke newspaper se.. which i cud not thell them :( :( all the very best..... cheers

    So ajay how was ur interview, kindly share. my interview was so so... they asked me kya app newspaper padte hain.. i said ki yes... then unhone mere se interview wale din ki 3 news pucchi jinka answer main nai de paya.. and they looked annoyed with my answer...i tried to tell them ki sir aj interview tha is liye main nai pad paya kyunki interview timing subhe 8.30 ki thi... toh unhone bola ki humne apse jab yeh pucch ki apne aj ka newspaper pada toh apne yeh kyu bola ki yes... then ek board member kehne laga ki good listening is also a quality of bank po...interview wale din se aj tak mujhe isi baat ka regret ho raha hai ki main us din ka newspaper kyu pad ke nai gaya

    I have interview and GD process of Bank of Baroda in last week of august,yet dates are not clear. I have done MBA and having 2 yrs of work experience. please give me some tips so that i will clear the GD as well PI.

    sir iam andrew jacob praveen.T , i had given my name in ibps po application "Andrew jacob praveen" I missed my initials. but all my certificates are shown my name as “Andrew jacob praveen.T” . if there any problem during my interview & certificate verifications? please give an immediate reply for me……..

    sir i am provisonally shortlisted for the ibps po interview which is going to be held on 7 jan 2014. i wanna know whether curriculum vitae is required in the interview, and group discussion would be held during the interview.
