Got Selected in FCI Technical Post but I did not have eligibility forTechnical post.. What to Do?

Many candidates saying that they got selected in FCI technical post but they did not have eligibility for FCI Technical post. This is the common question readers are asking me through mails and also in comments section. If you are also having the same problem, here i am giving you the answer.


You are selected for Technical Post because you have opted for Technical post along with other posts. That is the reason for your selection in Technical cadre.

If your name is in the General, Depot and Account Cadre list, you can appear for Paper 2 Exam to be held on 03 February 2013. If your name is in Technical Cadre list only, you are not eligible for Paper 2 exam and you need not to appear for paper 3 because you don't have qualification. This is the solution for your problem. If you still have any doubt, ask me in comments section. Please mention your marks along with your query.

    if you have eligibility for technical post, you have to appear for paper 3. if you don't have qualification for paper 3, attend paper 2 only.

    Sir, I completed BCA. When I was filling my form than i not read the qualification req. for technical cadre. Now i cleared peper-1. Will I be eligible for technical paper, after clearing the third exam also. Will my selection valid after qualify........Pls help me sir.

    i had apllied for combined recruitment for assistant grade III in Technical cadre in the FCI, my post codes and order of preference is C A D. i got hall ticket only for Paper-3 , i didnt get hall ticket for Paper-2. i cant find the reason. may be your answer will be of help......

    Hello sir, and greetings for the day
    i got my name in the final list of fci 2013 for cpt test and regarding this i have a query for you.
    fci-2013 says you should be graduate on or before 01-08-2012.
    my final result were out on 07-08-2012 but my certificate says "year of course completion is may 2012".
    so am I eligible for final selection or not because at the time of cpt they will chk my certificate as well as marksheet.
