No Common Interview for IBPS RRB Officers Scale 1,2,3/ PO 2012

IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1/ PO result status was released yesterday. Now, the question of common interview arised from the passed candidates of IBPS RRB Officers 2012.

The straight answer for this question is NO. There is no common interview for IBPS RRB Officers 2012 passed candidates. It is very clear from the result status published for the passed candidates. Here is the words mentioned for the passed candidates.
Candidates who have secured minimum qualifying scores as stipulated in the CWE and meet the eligibility criteria notified by each RRB in their recruitment advertisement, shall have to apply online to the RRB of their choice. Depending on the number of vacancies RRB will decide the number of candidates to be interviewed in the ratio of 1:3. Remaining applicants may not receive an interview call from the RRB.

Many of you might have seen it, but this post is only for the candidates who didn't observe it and asking about the common interview.

    I have to apply for the Post of Officer Scale-1 for RRB. While applying it asks the percentage of marks in graduation.I did my engineering in Anna University Thiruchirapalli. In that we had eight semesters,For each semester,i have seperate mark sheets, and for the all 8 semesters , my percentage is 77.43% ,but in my consolidation mark sheet,they have calculated percentage of marks for the semesters 3 to 8 only in that my percentage is 77.08%.So please clarify me , which percentage i should use?
