Update: IBPS Clerk 2012 – 2013 Vacancies | IBPS Clerk Total Number of Vacancies
IBPS Clerk Common Written Exam(CWE) 2012-13 Recruitment Notification 2012-13 is released now. The most awaited recruitment notification of the year is IBPS CWE Clerk October 2012 notification.
IBPS just now announced the CWE exam notification for the post of clerk just now. So, here i am posting the important points of the IBPS Clerk CWE 2012 recruitment notification.
Important Dates:
Date of Exam: Tentatively in December 2012/ January 2013 shall be intimated in the Call Letter along with the Centre/Venue address.

The most shocking news is, IBPS Clerk CWE 2012 written exam is going to be held online. Here is words said by IBPS, "With the validity of the scorecard issued for the first CWE for Clerks held in November/December 2011 expiring in February 2013, the next Common Written Examination (CWE Clerk-II) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in December 2012."
Age: Minimum: 20 Years Maximum: 28 Years (As on 01.10.2012)
Educational Qualification: 1. Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification
recognized as such by the Central Government.
This is one more shocking news for 12th pass outs. Only graduates are eligible from this IBPS Clerk 2012 CWE Notification.
2. Computer literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
3. Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

Depending on the vacancies in each bank of his preference, candidate will receive through a computerised system an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed below. Vacancies remaining unfilled on account of candidates declining offer, will be filled from among the remaining candidates, through subsequent iterations.

(2) Photo-identity proof (as specified) in original and

ReplyDeleteFor OBC candidates maximum 31yrs. Your age is above 31 years as on 01.10.2012. So u r not eligible to apply. Please check urself again. Your age should not exceed 31yrs as on 01.10.2012.

ReplyDeleteThere will be list of questions displayed on your screen. You have to solve the question and choose the answer in given radio box for every option. You can move to forward and backward to answer questions. There wil be 10 to 15 questions page just like your written test. Don't worry abt, as ur already using internet, u wont have any problem with this. It is even beneficial to u as u don't have spend time on marking in OMR sheet. It will save almost 15min.

ReplyDeleteThey might provide some paper. they should definitely arrange something. don't worry. Online exam is nothing but just marking write answers. it is much simpler than written test. u dont have to mark on OMR sheet, which saves so much time.

u can apply, if u have any computer course certificate dated before 01.10.2012. Don't worry about it. There are some computer institutes who provide certificates for money. just enquire in ur area for those institutes.

ReplyDeleteyou should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. If u are not studied computers technology as your subject, you need certificate. you can get it from any institute without even doing course. just pay for it. % is not required for clerk post for graduates.

ReplyDeletei made three mistakes in all while filling up the form as i haven't read the notification prior to filling that application.
ReplyDelete1. Signature is in blue ink instead of black ink.
2. Percentage of marks obtained in graduation was not correct.
I m a B.Tech in CSE , i mentioned the CGPA % instead of average of all the subjects or all the years.
3. Date on the Degree is different .It is 30 jan 2009 but i made a wild guess by mentioning 12 AUG 2008 as i thought it may not have any kind of relevance.
ok.. 1 & 3 are not big mistakes. but 2nd is problematic. register again but you have to pay fee again. while registering for the 2nd time, try to change the address and email and ph number to eliminate the problem of multiple application. actually ibps wont do do anything but it is better to follow this method.

your frnd is eligible. tell him to apply. just show ur btech certificate when u attend interview. they will consider as u have one of the qualification. u can do nothing now.

there is no other option. you have to apply again. change your address, email id and phone number if you apply for the 2nd time. you must apply again, if u want job. no other option.

many people not getting confirmation mails. this may be due server load. keep the application payment receipt safely. no problem with 2nd application as u have changed email id.

If you had enter it in those 2 fields, there is no problem. address is not big deal. they send letters to what ever u mentioned in address field. tell ur postman about the mistake u did. he will do what ever u say.

ReplyDeleteDid you wrote IBPS clerk 2011 exam or not.. If not, you are not eligible. It is only for those candidates who got PASS status in IBPS Clerk Exam 2011. If you have written that exam, then use that reg number and psw.
