Selected candidates allotted to Bank of Baroda can join the Bank on one of the following four dates:

22-04-2013
06-05-2013
20-05-2013
15-07-2013

These candidates will be required to submit their preferred date of joining among the four dates mentioned above on or before 30-03-2013. However, Bank reserves the right to give any specific date based on merit and the decision of the Bank in this regard will be final and binding.

What Next After IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Results - FAQs Answered

IBPS PO 2012 Allotment is finally over. Thank God, Nobody lost jobs. Even some more candidates got selection after re-allotment. Now, everyone having several doubts. I read all your comments and most of the candidates asking about individual banks criteria regarding graduation percentage and age factors. The next in list is joining time. Ok.. I will answer each question below.

1. I got selection in XXX Bank & i have graduation % less than 60. Am i eligible for that bank or not?

Ans. There is no individual bank criteria this year. All banks should follow the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned in IBPS PO 2012 notification because this is a Common Exam and Common Interview. Last year, each bank conducted their own interviews, so they have chance to issue separate guideline before applying for interview. This year, the procedure is completely changed. No bank have right to reject your candidature after you allotted to that bank. If they have any special criteria, they should have already released those guideline before the allotment was done. So, Dont worry about Graduation % criteria and Age. All banks are going to follow the minimum eligibility criteria notified in IBPS PO 2012 Notice. IBPS also confirmed the same through mail to one our reader. If he forward that mail, i will post it here. Here is email conversation posted by him in comments section.

2. What next as already final allotment result is published?

Ans. Offer of appointment will be issued from the allotted Participating Organisation in due course. Candidates may approach the respective organisation only after hearing from the said organisation. So, keep checking the allotted bank website (Also BankClerkPo.Com) for notification regarding terms and conditions, formalities for verification, joining etc. The allotted bank will also send postal letters to your present address which contains all these details and required documents to be filled. You will be intimated to inform at zonal office or regional office for document verification and to finish joining formalities.

3. How long it will take to get call from allotted bank?

Ans. There is no exact answer for this question. Nobody knows when the bank is going to call the candidates to join. As there is a lot of staff requirement in any bank, we can expect the call in coming 15days (Or even today). It is completely banks chance when to call candidates to join the bank. So, dont waste your time by asking this question. Even cant answer even if you ask me in future.

4. Is it final result?

Ans. Yes. But they will release waiting lists in future if any candidate don't join the bank. Waiting lists will be released by IBPS after all the banks completed their joining formalities. They will release waiting lists. It will take 3 to 6 months to release 1st waiting list.

5. How many vacancies will be there in waiting lists?

Ans. We can expect 1k to 1.5k vacancies for general, 500 to 1k vacancies for OBC, 200 vacancies for SC & ST category candidates. This is just guess work. No guarantees. It may decrease or even increase.

6. If i reject the present allotment, Do they consider me in waiting lists?

Ans. NO. If you dont join in allotted bank, Your candidature will be cancelled and you will not be considered for any further selection. You have to write IBPS PO 2013 to get a job.

7. What are the interview marks in IBPS PO 2012?

Ans. IBPS PO 2012 Common Interview was conducted for 100 marks. I have already published this information on our site. It was also confirmed by IBPS in Notification issued yesterday.

8. In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, How merit order is decided?

Ans. Merit order is decided as per date of birth. The candidate senior in age is placed before the candidate junior in age.

9. Did bank allotted contact us or we have to contact bank?

Ans. The bank allotted to you will contact you. You have to act as per their guidelines.

10. what if banks set any other criteria other than that mentioned by ibps, what happens then?

Ans. Banks have no right to set any other criteria other than mentioned by IBPS as the individual banks haven't issued any notification.

11. Who dint got a bank,those with low scores, Are they out of d race?

Ans. Candidate having marks less than 1 mark as stipulated in Cutoff marks will have chance in waiting list. Others don't even wait for the waiting lists. If you keep thinking about this result, you cant concentrate on next exams. You will lose other chances if you keep on waiting for the waiting lists. So, Prepare for next exam i.e., IBPS PO 2013.

IBPS officially released the IBPS PO 2012 Re-allotment Result Cutoff Marks category wise. So, we got the clear picture regarding cutoff marks. No Change In Cutoff Marks In IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Revised Result

Hello guys, There is no change in cutoff marks in IBPS PO 2012 Revised Allotment result. I got a mail from IBPS Director informing that there will no change in cutoff marks. Only banks allotted to you might change. There is no reply regarding the date of result.

No Change In Cutoff Marks In IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Revised Result

I was always appreciating IBPS personnel whenever the situation comes. But i didnt expected this kind of mistake from IBPS which is very Important task. I was ignoring some comments yesterday who are saying that they he was a OBC candidate selected for BOB with 63.XX marks in Unreserved category. Thought that they were lying. But yesterday night i got few doubts after reading the much more comments like this and felt that something went wrong and sent mail to IBPS( Of course, many candidates sent mails earlier than me). They didn't sent any reply but i was hoping that they will do something in favor of us. As expected, IBPS realised their mistake. It is a heart breaking and shocking news for many who are celebrating their success and Good news for those who are feeling bad about the allotment process.

My View:

As far i know, the only reason for suspending the result is misallotment of banks. There were 2 possibilities for this mistake.

Case: 1. The procedure followed by IBPS might be wrong. Earlier, I posted one article on how the IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Process will be done. If we observe the process they followed, we can say that all the Reserve category candidates (3k) in top 11k allotted the banks first and ignored the toppers in general category. After allotting the banks to Reserve category candidates from Unreserved vacancies, remaining Unreserved seats were allotted to General candidates. So, toppers didn't get their 1st & 2nd preferences i.e., BOB & PNB which is common for almost all candidates and allotted the 3rd preference because there are no vacancies for General candidates in those banks. It was the procedural mistake. They should not have followed this kind of procedure. After filling, 11k UR vacancies, reserved vacancies filled up. Because of this mistake everything went wrong.

In this case there will be no change in cutoffs because UR vacancies are filled to top 11k only. Re-allotment will be done to allot right bank according to the merit.

Case: 2. There might be a programming error, which allotted all the vacancies in BOB and PNB under UR category to only reserve category candidates as literally no one in General category got BOB or PNB.

Ok.. Lets hope for the Best! Expecting revised result by Saturday or Monday.

1. Will cutoff change after revised result of IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Result?

Ans: If they have followed 1st procedure, there will be no change in cutoff marks, only banks allotted to you will be changed. If the 2nd case is true, Cutoff for General will decrease and Cutoff for Reserved category candidates will increase.

2. Do they consider graduate % after revised result?

Ans: I can say NO, because it was not a problem for abeyance of result.

3. If a candidate is alloted a bank now, but He/She is not eligible according to the individual bank criteria,will He/She loose it??

Ans: They wont allot you to that particular bank if you are not eligible. Actually there is no criteria of graduation % this time. All the candidates are eligible for all banks. They will follow some criteria from next recruitment.

Whether u believe it or not, almost 90% of the toppers opted for BOB n PNB as their top 2 preferences. No one got these 2 banks. But the candidates with 62 and 63 in OBC, SC, ST got BOB and PNB in unreserved category. Even though every one eligible for UR vacancies, allotment should be done based on Merit list but not based on category. This is a clarification for some of the comments below.

Some people commenting like they got reply from IBPS. So, dont follow those comments. Some people even using my Nickname Admin to post cutoff marks pretending that they got those cutoffs from IBPS. So, i advice you to just beat them away if any one post comments like that. Believe them only when they post the email proof

Breaking News: IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Result Temporarily Suspended

No Change In Cutoff Marks In IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Revised Result

Here is the breaking News from IBPS:

On receipt of feedback from the different levels, it has been decided to keep the provisional allotment made to banks for recruitment of Pos/MTs for filling up vacancies for 2013-2014 in abeyance. Revised provisional allotments will be made known shortly.

This is the message posted on IBPS official website. This will change the bank allotted to you as many candidates complaining that the toppers didn't get BOB and all reserved candidates got BOB. So, this will be revised. There will change in cutoff marks and banks allotted to you. This is very bad news. I never expected this kind of mistakes from a board like IBPS. Ok.. We have no other option.. Wait for some more updates..

Update: Some useless people posting comments with my Nickname Admin. Please avoid those comments. If i get any reply from IBPS, i will definitely post it as a new blog post but not in comments section. Avoid all those comments who are saying that they got reply from IBPS. IBPS is very busy, they are not responding to anyone.

I have prepared IBPS PO 2012 final allotment cutoff marks. I can find the exact cutoff marks for General, but for reserved category, it is very uncertain. For ST and PH, there is not information at all. Here is the information which i got regarding IBPS PO 2012 Final Allotment Cutoff Marks.

Documents that You Need to Carry at the Time of Attending IBPS Clerk2012 Common Interview 2013 March

IBPS Clerk Common Interview 2013 is scheduled to start from 16th March 2013. At the time of attending interview, you need to submit the following documents. First you have to read the instruction given in your IBPS Clerk 2012 – 2013 Common Interview Call Letter.

1. Self Attested Copies photocopies of the originals and the originals of all documents should be submitted at the time of Common Interview.

2. Print out of online application submitted to IBPS for CWE Clerk 2012.

3. Proof of Date of Birth. You can submit your SSC/SSLC/X std. Certificate with DOB or you can submit Birth Certificate.

4. Consolidated Marks Sheet, Provisional/ Final Degree Certificate regarding graduation.

5. SC/ST/OBC candidates have to submit Caste Certificates.

OBC certificate should not be more than one year old as on date of application. It is not necessary to get Caste certificate in the form provided by IBPS. It is OK if you already have one. Those forms provided for those candidates who don’t have the caste certificate. Read the instructions in Call Letter for more details.

IBPS PO 2012 Final Results Expected Date | IBPS PO 2012 AllotmentsRelease Date

After completion of registering IBPS preferences, everybody is waiting for the final allotment results of IBPS PO 2012 - 13. Many candidates sending mails and commenting blog to know the expected date of Allotment Results. This is just my opinion. There is no official information. In the common interview notification, they just mentioned it as March. I interpret this expected date after looking at IBPS Clerk 2012 Common Interview Notification. In that notification, Registration of order of preference for banks is given as May 1st week. So it will be finished within 1 week and the allotment will be done in last week of May. So there is a gap of 2 weeks. If you apply the same here, Registration finished by 28th Feb.

So, The expected date of allotment for IBPS PO 2012 is: March 3rd week.

It will be any where between 15th March to 23rd March. If you dont agree with this, u can apply your own analysis. Ok.. Iam also eagerly waiting for the IBPS PO 2012 Allotment Results to know the cutoff marks.

How to Prepare for IBPS Clerk Common Interview 2013

IBPS Clerk Common Interview 2013 Scheduled from 16th March 2013. Interviews are very important for any one even if you are a No.1 ranker in your state.

If you are topper, they expect more from you. You have to satisfy them. Then only you can get good score. Otherwise they can even award fail or just pass mark.

Emoluments and Benefits:

Basic pay of `17240 /- per month in the scale of `17240- 840(14) –29000– 910(4)– 32640 (Under Revision) and other admissible allowances as per rules. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House Rent Allowance & City Compensatory Allowance wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs`33,418/- per month in ‘A’ Class city. Other benefits are Defined Contributory Pension, Gratuity, LTC, Medical Benefit, Group Savings Linked Insurance (GSLI), Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Insurance , Vehicle Loan (2-wheeler/4 wheeler) as per rules.

Probation : One year, extendable up to 2 years.

Guarantee Bond:

Before joining as a Probationer, candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining (including probationary period) failing which, he/she or his /her heirs, executors, administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of `100000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the Corporation.

Application Fees:

For General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 500 plus Bank Charges /Gateway Charges in case of Offline/Online Payment
respectively.

For SC/ST/PH Candidates: Intimation Charges of `50/- inclusive of Bank Charges in case of offline payment only.

Online Exam Pattern:

On-line test will be of objective type, multiple choices of 120 minutes (2 hrs) duration comprising of the following:

Penalty for Wrong Answers: For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth (1/4 ) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Candidate MUST pass in each Section separately and should also obtain minimum marks in the aggregate to qualify for the interview. The minimum marks to be obtained in each Section and in the aggregate shall be decided by LIC of India.

Interview:

1. The number of candidates to be called for interview will be about three times the number of vacancies to be filled in subject to availability of successful candidates in the online test and will be purely as per their ranking in their respective category. Candidates will have to obtain the minimum marks in the
interview as will be decided by the Corporation.

2. Outstation candidates called for interview shall be entitled for re-imbursement of Second Class Ordinary to and fro Railway/Bus Fare by the shortest route from the place of residence to the place of interview to be restricted to the fare by Railway Second Class Sleeper including the Reservation charges.

3. In case of similar marks of two or more candidates, the merit order of such group of candidates shall be as per the aggregate marks in online test and interview and further as per their additional post graduation qualification (i.e. the person with higher educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit order) and in case of further similarity in educational qualification merit order will be decided on the basis of age, (i.e. senior in age will be placed higher in merit order).
